University Heights
Campus housing for Maria College students is available through University Heights College Suites. Located within a mile of campus, University Heights provides clean, modern apartment suite living for students attending the colleges along New Scotland Avenue. All apartments are furnished and air-conditioned, and parking is available onsite. These campus housing units remain open during holiday breaks, school vacation periods and throughout the summer months. The housing staff sponsors a number of social events for students throughout the academic year, so you’ll have the opportunity to mix and meet the other students in your building.
University Heights campus housing provides a number of attractive student features. These include 24 hour security, and onsite ATM, onsite fitness, media and laundry rooms. The reasonable rent includes utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi, and the close proximity to campus places the units in high demand.
